ZIPAIR

I tried to sign up. It replied that my temporary membership has started and ask to click the link in email to confirm. Once I clicked, it takes me to the Zipair site again and have to register again? I just don’t understand the app!

Why is my currency reflecting Peso when im trying to buy add-ons when SGD has been selected everywhere else? Same for web. My elderly parents ask every single time and they refresh again and again thinking they selected wrongly. We never progressed.

Is there no more operating flight out from Singapore to Tokyo? There is not much information to check on ZIPAIR.

Thanks to you terrible app My credit card has been lock up 3 times I try to make payment online . Every time it fail. Now my credit card is lock up . Worst app for airline

チェックインをするのに同じページに何度も遷移し、その都度入力を求められる。反応も極めて遅く昔のアプリっぽいです。

白い画面で固まったまま なーんにもできません ログインすらできませんね

モバイルチェックインをしようと画面を開いても真っ白な画面しか出てこず、とにかく動きが悪い。かなりストレス。、

アプリひとつで予約管理やチェックインまでできるので便利なのですが、とにかく重く、動作が驚くほど遅い。待ち時間が長く、その間に他のことをしているとセッションタイムアウトになり膨大なタイムロスです。
