This app is very user friendly. The only issue I have is messages not going through sometimes, but I think that’s a signal issue and not the app.

The app works very well at receiving alerts and closing the loop but would GREATLY benefit from an update that added the ability to schedule when call starts and ends on a calendar so that alerts that my colleagues and I are each responsible for are not missed and are not double covered.

Please develop Apple Watch app. So, providers can get different notification

Love that my Apple Watch syncs. But need an option to RESPOND from watch. Dismiss only gives me 7 secs of silence. I still have to use phone to respond. Ugh!!!! Otherwise love it!!

Love the app. I work on the ambulance and we have radios in our rig but dispatch also sends the calls to us through this app as well as over radio. Only problem is I have the override silent switch turned on but it doesn’t work. When my iPhones silent switch is on I don’t here the beeps. Just vibrates. Please fix that feature so the alert sound will override the silent switch on the new apple IOS

PLEASE develop for Apple Watch!!! The convenience would make this app SO MUCH better!!!

I’d love to “respond” with my Apple Watch; Priority, the fact that I’ve responded, etc would be awesome without having to pull out my phone.

App does not have a button to submit login credentials. Return button on keyboard doesn't work.

Required for work. Application freezes and shuts down without warning. Have deleted and reloaded numerous times, but problem persists. Current version 4.04 was supposed to fix known bugs, but performs worse now.

The app is okay, could be better. Currently the voice to text function available elsewhere in iOS does not work. There are also issues with screen rotation deleting your previously inserted text.
