The app is buggy prone to exit for no reason. Using FaceID sometime took awhile to detect or not able to login at all. Have to use pin to login. Fiat deposit is very troublesome. You need to inform the app you are planning to deposit and get an OTP before you can start keying your bank information. I made a mistake not performing this step and transfer the money. Wrote email for assistant as this is the only way to contact them. They will keep replying telling you to provide prove of your bank before they could investigate. I had done that but they keep asking for detail. There will be no respond after that. My best guess is bye bye my money. I would strongly against using this app as their support is weak. Use alternative Coin Exchange app.

Keep having problem with my deposit. It seems that their deposit system have problem processing my deposits. It is frustrating to keep emailing the support for simple deposit. This is my 3rd time having to email their support for not processing my deposit within 48 hours as stated by them. Their live chat support cannot process such simple task of deposits and kept asking me to provide images of proof like receipts and bank statement! So disappointed because I don’t have this problem in the past until they change the deposit method.
This is a review from professional software test engineer. Your team really need to find experienced contractors to test the app before release it. Just with one day experience, I have encountered a few time app crashes - once in the middle of help desk chat. To me this app does not satisfy the standards for a trading platform. It is more like a final year project from colleague student. Please revamp it.
Very bad. An advertisement on Instagram stated that I would receive $25 after sign up through a link that was stated. Followed the instructions but did not receive it EVEN after 72 hours (as mentioned by the customer support). It’s been more than 72 hours, I don’t see it in my portfolio. This is super unethical. How do I delete my account now….
I had a misunderstanding with the support centre on how to send funds to the account. Eventually it has been settled.
App should include the option for users, within settings, to choose their preferred display currency. For now, these settings are accessible during registration/ application and on the “market” icon option which doesn’t work even when selected. Developers need to fix this.
Put a sell call, although transaction shows successful. It did not went through, did not even show in the transaction history. The service recovery was long and not rly helpful. This application is just too unreliable!
This happened many times, the app is not reliable for trading during critical times when we need to sell or buy fast. The app & system really need improvement.
