Waisted time charging me when the scooter won’t park on the bay and shows on the app it’s the parking spot. Had to call them to end it

Got my ride two times and both the time the ride was not ending and I have to call the call Center which it wouldn’t pick up and the time will go on and on. Weird service.

The scooter ran smoothly and was all good however having designated parking areas rather than being able to end the ride wherever you want defeats the whole purpose of having public electric scooters that being a quicker form of transportation for those who do not have a driving licence. I understand that this is put in place to reduce them for being stolen but I believe it’s more damage than good.

Used to enjoy my experience every time recently the scooters are not working

Ever since this new update came along this app has been utter shizaaa, the scooters don’t turn off in the purple parking bays, the scooters cut mid drive or require maintenance, the amount of money I’ve lost to this app is crazy.

had £160 disappear on rides i never took and they never gave it back and demanded personal details and bank statements i didn’t want to share with them

Prices are terrible u cant ride scooters every time u want cause is have working hours and they charge u even if u didint ride scooter when i scan qr code and end that ride after a few seconds i get charged 1£ without even moving it and if u leave it somewhere which is not correct they gonna charge u for that also worst experience i ever had with app and scooter

If you plan to use these scooters make sure you download the app and verify a long time before you plan on using. Been over an hour and still no verification of ID. Never had this issue with other e scooter companies in cities around the UK 🤷‍♂️

Got it to work once out of 5 times I’ve attempted. massive waste of time.. won’t be attempting again
