The app is completely broken

As of latestupdate thhe app is unusable. It shows a field "no recent controlers" with no way yo select or type anything

The app was bad but now it is worse. You cannot select the controller after scanning the barcode. 100% trash and it has been like this for 2 months. No fix yet. I wonder what developers are doing.

Can’t even see my into app it’s impossible. How is this so bad?

Most recent update broke the app. Not able to input a controller and therefore not able to log in.

As of 27-June-2023, latest version (2.0.0) does not allow a controller name to be entered. My staff has now lost use of the app.

The mobile app supports the basic functions. It would be most helpful for the Events menu item to include the card number for Access Denied (Unknown Card Number) events.

There is some major clunkiness that needs to be worked out. For example I give a user the ability to monitor and issue commands to doors and in the settings I give them access to the commands to set door mode unlocked and card only. They end up having card only and pin only. TONS of potential with some kinks to be worked out. I’ll revise review on fixes to the app.
