I have used ZNO several times. It is so easy to use and a beautiful book is made within minutes. I have recommended this website to many friends who also find it easy to use. Will definetly be using them again. Suzanne LaRagy

Have spent ages uploading a heap of photos only to realise there is no save option for me to exit the app as I needed to go out somewhere. The app hasnt saved any of my photos... tried again and uploaded ALL the photos again and same thing. Tried to access my project from the website and still doesnt acknowledge I have started a project. Went on the computer and same thing.... waste of time and extremelyyyyy frustrating!!

Can't remember how I found Zno but they are so great, and the app is easy to use and well designed. I'd give it one more star if their print quality was more consistent, but otherwise the best photo printing app going.

Keeps crashing. First when I picked the Facebook timeline book and it was “preparing my photos” sat there doing nothing for ages then crashed. Second time when I picked lay flat photo book and I chose my 72 photos and clicked next it crashed immediately.

I don’t recommend this company at all, if you subscribe to their plan, to unsubscribe you must call them, you can’t do it online or even emailing, they lock you in to a plan that once you leave you can’t re enter, this is a very unfriendly business model for consumers and online support is unhelpful, this used to be a great company but I’m disappointed I ever gave them a cent now

Thought I’d have trouble with it considering it had had bad reviews on line there was an opportunity to get a canvas for free just pay postage I thought why not tried it and was awesome!

My 30 photos have been uploading for 24 hours?!? Yet you've already taken my money for the photo book?!? Wth? I've emailed you countless times about this issue. This is a joke. Warning - do not use this service!
