Zoho Cliq - Team Communication

We’ve been using Cliq for nearly 2 years now, we replaced a lot of internal email communication using it. The screenshots and annotation are brilliant for deploying new software and systems or explaining something to someone remotely. The video calls work well on PC. The phone calls didn’t always work that well but I haven’t tested those in a while. Overall I highly recommend this tool especially if you’re business uses the Zoho One platform as well.

Everything from a call to a meeting or a quick “are your free?” message to a colleague from right within your browser. Cliq is a fabulous tool and one of those apps I just can’t live without these days. I generally have it open in my browser, separately as desktop app, and on my mobile phone. It instantly syncs across all open instances on my devices. Within A2ZCLOUD we have programmed a number of BOTS so I get alerts on project updates, tasks in the CRM etc. I can even quickly add a task using simple backslash type commands. If you happen to be a Zoho user it’s even more powerful as Cliq is the underlying “chat bar” accessible from within Sheet, Writer, CRM etc It’s kind of like Teams, Skype, Slack all rolled into one. Get your community using it, you won’t regret it.

Very happy to see Zoho Cliq on iPad. I find it such a great communications platform to keep in content with customers and colleagues, with the bonus it that works with many of the other Zoho tools.

Doesn’t work on iPhone 15 pro max, crashes upon opening. Can you fix it?

I just got promoted at my job and we use cliq. Every time I try to log in the app crashes. I’ve tried restarting my phone as well as deleting the app and reinstalling it. My phone is up to date.

Old reviews said this would be fixed over 2 years ago. Just downloaded the app along with my team, and it has crashed for all of us.

The whole workplace suite is amazing and helps my firm to be agile and efficient. I’m a big fan. Keep improving Zoho. You guys rock it!
