Absolute worst Wedding website for a Canadian couple! Do not start anything on this.

This app made wedding planning so easy by recommending vendors, budgeting tools, task list, registry, and website creation. Wedding planning is stressful but they had an amazing guide that made it a more fun and easy experience. Highly recommend!

They have a nice seating chart maker. You get to try it out and then to continue you have to pay for premium. Well once you pay the app consistently crashes when you try to open the seating chart. Thanks for stealing my money

Email I sent Zola Support due to me not receiving a package for the 5th time (different products): My package ONCE again is showing to be returning to the sender. Will I actually receive my package? Or do I have to wait until it returns to then request for it to arrive again? I can’t tell you how many times this has happened with Zola. SO many times that I willfully left the Zola credit UNUSED to not deal with this. What can Zola do? Why is your business so awful. I could buy the same product for CHEAPER from Amazon and receive it the NEXT day. I’m done with receiving Zola credit. My family and friends wanted me to HAVE the products. I want the actual MONEY so I can buy the product on my own. Not some excuse about “we aren’t in charge of the vendors, etc etc etc.” I’ve heard this before from Zola and I’m so incredibly dissatisfied. I’ll be telling all my friends and family to not use you. It’s such a hassle and has been a part of my wedding that I’ll never want to remember again. Please advise on how I will receive the money I am owed.

It was a seamless & easy way to keep all our information together. Loved that I could share the account with my husband. However, they do take a portion of cash from your wedding registry. They don't advertise that part.

This app has been a lifesaver! It was easy to navigate & I loved that once I had my guests in the system, the rest was taken care of! Thank you & would highly recommend.

Simple, Streamlined and something for everyone. Various colors and templates. Very Satisfied.

Don’t set up any honeymoon fund. They stole our fund. It’s missing. 1500 missing ……

This app is incredibly helpful, but my biggest complaint is when ordering save the dates or invites, you can't really send to another country. It gives you the option to pick the country but it won't print that on the invite so I have to hand write it in and it doesn't even give you option to be able to format the address the way it should be. For example it would be nice if you could just put your address in without having to follow the US standards of postage as some countries put the post code underneath the city. It feels like it should be so easy to print a different format. Other than that the app is great.

Men should start this account because dealing with the cash transfer to a bank account is a nightmare. Going on a week of trying to enter my information and then explain my name change in certain areas. No customer service can help from email to phone. They can’t tell me what I need to do or do it. We’ll see how long it takes….terrible system.
