The game is fun but when fusing the weapons there is a server error code 17 not sure what it means but its annoying.

I was playing this normally, I really like the game but in the objectives base upgrades there was a bug in hangar upgrades,I can’t get the achievement of hangar lvl 3 even thought my hangar is lvl 4 already and I have the achievement for lvl 4 hangar upgrade.
