Please reinstall my status

This game is great but after playing as a guest for quite a while all my progress was lost. What’s the point of having “contact support “ if you can’t even submit a request. It was so much fun, I got my kids playing. I would love to give 5 stars , but I don’t want to start over.

Decent game

You have to address the dead servers. I downloaded the game at some point. Started playing on what I thought was a new active server. But I think there are less than 15 active players on my server. Making corporative gameplay near impossible. Easy to progress with daily game play. Takes about a week to understand all the modes. Absolutely requires minimal purchase to bypass ads. Other wise your doing 20ads a ACH day at reset.

Deleted My Account

I’ve been playing the game for a few months. Got up to level 80-something, put about $200 into it. I went to log in the other day and it said that my login was expired. So I entered my info and my account was gone. I thought I used the wrong login but I got the same result from Apple, Facebook, Google, and email.

Dead Servers etc

Game is super repetitive. Very much pay to win!!! Server population dwindles and nothing is done to correct it. After playing about 2 months my server had 5 active people. Other servers complained about it too. Waste of time and money. Can’t participate in some events due to not enough active players. Match making is a joke. Rerolling abilities can give the same abilities. Mid to late chapters expect to sit at the same spot for a week or two to advance to the next chapter. A slow sad boring slog for next chapter. And let’s not forget to “admire” the pay to win players *vomit*. Some events are only available during certain timeframes.

Rip off!!!

Be careful! They want you to spend $1000+ for a “vehicle” in game! I’ve made the mistake of buying packages just to be ripped off meanwhile people who don’t buy or spend less get the epic gear. That’s why I am doing a chargeback for my $800 online purchases if this isn’t corrected!!!!!

Okay to play

I personally like the game but the fact that it runs on servers is a bit annoying… at times the servers will just crash In the middle of a match and others it won’t connect at all. It botches the fun out of the game.

Deleted my account

Pretty sad that you play a game and don’t log in for a couple days and your account gets “expired”. Where did it go? No idea. Irritating because I spent some money on this game.

Great game BUT…

I’ve been trying to hold on to playing this game since it came out. It’s a really good game. But I’m about ready to delete and forget about it bc any time life hits and I don’t play for a while… by the time I come back, I’ve lost ALL my progress. I wish it would stop timing out my profile. That’s the ONLY headache and gripe I have about this game. I’ve made significant progress with gear and such but as always. Something comes up or I get busy and am not able to play for while. It’s just very aggravating and frustrating to have to restart the entire game from nothing every few months. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE find a fix! Make it not a thing.
