I’ve more then 6 days trying to open an account but it doesn’t work… worst app ever

The app use to work but keeps telling me there is an update when there is not, and now will not let me even log into the app! Also struggles to recognise well known locations and acts as if they do not exist. The prices have also gone up so much in the last month, it’s crazy! Really needs fixing

I’m struggling to put my destination, doesn’t acknowledge that places exist?

As the app gets better the prices go up it seems. Added around 50p to the same journey I took yesterday after the update over night. New edit: prices are now up by over £3 in one week. No longer competitive. 👎 Also: since the price has gone up the reliability of this service has gone down. In the last week I’d say at least three of the taxis I’ve ordered have been very late.

Endless questions, random alerts. Absolutely horrendous!

Please don’t trust this company. Made me miss an important event due to driver not showing up and trip was marked as completed and I was charged. Very awful customer service experience

For quick trips not a good idea, 20 minute wait for a 10 minute journey, would rather pay the extra £4 for an uber. And for some reason the app sends me really weird messages. If you had someone who didn’t trust you with access to your notifications they’d think this app was something like a meet / chatting app. Not sure why I’m getting messages saying the train is late and they’ll be there in 10 minutes when 1 it’s a taxi service and 2 I haven’t ordered a taxi This service might be good for longer distances and cheaper prices compared to uber

Used the app once after setting up an account, where upon it proceeded to not let me login again. System says it doesn’t recognise my email but if I try and set up a new account with the email it says I’m already registered. Password reset also doesn’t work. Stuck using the old app which luckily I could download.

Deleted old app to download new app as requested by text. It has been nothing but a nightmare trying to login atm. Wish i kept old app as I now can’t log back in…
