Never had issues with this app. Easy to use. Have 6 devices operating

This app is terrible and the developers do not care. You used to be able to view your cameras from anywhere. From phone data. Now you have to be on your home Wi-Fi. How stupid is that? Developers refuse to update. Do not buy their cameras, NVR, or use this app. You will be sorry. Waste of time and money.

My zosi camera won’t sound when there’s a notification on my phone tried everything they said to do it will show on the news but want send a notification sound

Zosi has dropped the ball when it comes to this newest update for Zosi Cloud. It would not stream video from my cameras. Download Anla Link and connect your cameras through that app if your having trouble with Zosi Cloud. It worked perfectly for me.

I can’t connect please fix it

At first the app was working fine. Now it won't even save the recording's, it does sends the notifications but when you click on it there is nothing on it just the black screen, Its so annoying. There is a picture there that says to upgrade the app already did, didn’t do anything don’t know what alas to do.

I cant unlink my email or number and bow i have 2 separate account for each when i want them merged and its pretty annoying

System worked well up till last update. Now at least once a week it goes down and I can’t log into either of the two units I have at different locations. Very frustrating.

The app is always crashing and sometimes deletes recordings and the playback works when it wants too extremely anoying always have to be on top of the cameras.

Dont use this app, their service is terrible. Product is good. But service and tech support is non existent. If I could return their product i would but im past the return period. Great product. Garbage customer service
