Stick to Uber
We moved to a new area and saw Zoyp were a local company. We booked in advance & paid upfront for a transport. It arrived 1 hour early so we were not present. Despite being told a replacement would be sent, this did not arrive and we were forced to arrange alternative transport at further cost. We would have remained regular customers had this been reliable but as is we’ll be using alternatives and reclaiming the lost fee via Barclaycard.
