Their customer service is very very poor. They will never answer your questions directly or on time . Poor communication skills & very rude. I’m highly disappointed.

I bought packaging bags from China and sent to Nigeria. I gave this company clear instructions on where to send my package. They carelessly sent my package worth over N100,000 through roadside drivers against my wishes. When I sent messages they didn’t respond, they blocked and restricted my accounts and accounts of people who messaged them on my behalf. They restricted comments on their social media accounts because people asked them to respond to me. They’re highly irresponsible, careless and have no regard for their customers. Also don’t download this app, it’s a waste of your time and data, it doesn’t load or work well either. Use this company at your own risk!

Been trying to do my customers orders for 3 days now but nothing is loading, I have reported the issues to the customer service representative but they are not replying again… it is frustrating seriously. And this issue will cause delay instead of 14days to get to Nigeria, it will take 20 or more days…. I’m not happy.
