Needs bug fixes

Had this app for a couple of years now along with the zmodo cams they have worked fine until the last app upgrade they made back in April 2018 now the app just closes when I open it and select a camera .. messaged a guy called frank but and he took my details etc said it was a fault on there side and said there working on it .. haven't heard anything since ... pull your finger out guys and sort this out .

Since this update the hd view has gone can only view in ld.

This Zmodo app is appalling, latest update now means you cannot change to HD or SD but stuck in LD. The app is clunky and e-mail notifications are no longer valid. Pleas develop this app to work with the cameras effectively.

Even With wifi and 4G I can't see the video in the house total waste of money and shock the help link doesn't work

As the others said. Doesn't seem to work for any of us. DONT BUY THIS SYSTEM UNTIL THEY FIX IT.

Stopped working after IOS 10. Alarm images greyed out. Nice device otherwise, but useless until App is fixed. Very intermittent loading of camera live view!

When will you be updating the App? since the last update this it has stopped capturing photo's. It also does not connect when outside the home. Absolutely useless!!!

Everything is great about the cam but they need to start working on the updating the app so that people can see better result out of it. Planning to buy 1-2 more but with app not working properly it puts me off to buy more devices. P.s. Guys download MeShare app it works much better and in HD also you would be able to see all pictures as loop time.

Having invested in this system it's a bit frustrating to find that the app doesn't fully work. Video streams as long as you don't use wifi extenders, but the alert images are blank. PLEASE sort it out and I will review again...positively.
