Doesn’t allow refunds or reviews I bought boba to make boba tea and when I put the “boba” in water it dissolved and became something like oblek very bad and very bad customer service as well some stuff are decent but most bad won’t recommend unless you don’t have any other options

I don’t recommend this app to anyone They are literally a big failure. I used to purchase from them quite frequently untill their customer service became robotic and non helpful and don’t fulfill their SLA. This service became very poor and disappointing. I will never use it again.
