… but horrible user experience on Apple TV. Come on Zwift, you can do it much better.

Zwift allows only temporary pause in subscriptio in the periods when not used (90 days) and when this expires it automatically charges again. This does not happen if you cancel subscription, bit than all progress is lost. Ver very very uncool resulting in paying for something that is not used!! Also i woud appreciate to be able to cast the app screen from the mobile phone to smart tv (e.g. Chromecast, Apple Airplay) because it is not usable on the phone - simply the screen is way too small.

Even tough everything is on and my speed sensor is paired to garmin zwift cannot find it. Not worth

I rode one ride with zwift and when i started second ride zwift doesn’t doing

I love zwift as a concept, I bought an indoor trainer because of it. I don't have a desktop and my laptop is not strong enough to run zwift so I was euphoric when they announced the ios app. For now I did 6 rides, only 2 of which were saved without issue. The other 4 times: 2 times the app crashed not saving the workout i was doing (just saving the ride), and 2 times it crashed without saving anything. One time was particulary annoying because it crashed more than halfway through the ftp test!! I want to add that when I run it I close all other apps and turn on "do not disturb" mode. Another problem is that you can't enter promo codes on the iphone to unlock in game stuff, I hope that this will be solved as well. Other than that the graphics are sharp and run great on my 2+ year old iphone 6 plus. Zwift please solve the crashing issue!!

Excellent challenging-way to get fit

A life changing app, keeps me mentally and physically together, love it.

I been using Zwift runners on my treadmill for a few years, have been very pleased but recently have had issues 10 mins into my run where the connectivity drops, the runner stops. The last three recent updates seems is where the issues started, before I never had these problems. I have reached out to customer support three times and no one has returned my emails. That being said, I decided the only way to get their attention is by writing this review to alert others of the issue if you considering this app. I have also have done the whole process of elimination, trying to figure out the issues knowing it isn’t on my end. Please fix the problem, cause it totally messes with my workout.

I love the exercise I can get at home with Zwift.

The app is fine and does the job on an IPad while using a spin bike. But for the price of $20 a month, it’s really lacking. The UX and UI aren’t very good. I understand it’s meant to be a game, but it feels like a Wii game from the 2000s, and because of that, doesn’t feel like a serious training app. For some reason, you also need a secondary companion app to sync with Strava and other third party services. I want to be able to control the typography, HUD, guidance notices, and more. They pack too much stuff on the screen while you ride and riders should be able to control this for maximum effect. On my iPad Air, I can’t even make out what some of the stuff says. There wasn’t much consideration for device screen size scaling. And I can’t enjoy what little of the course I see. If my employer didn’t cover the cost, I probably wouldn’t be using it.
