As much as I would love to give this a higher rating, I can’t. The tracking is kinda shallow, causing me, to have to do 2-3 takes to get it going. Then there’s the VOICE LAG.. that’s horrible. I can’t even upload a content video now because my lips and sound is all off. Please please PLEASE REVIEW THE BUG… until then, 2 STAR!
What everyone else said. This app is terrible and wayyyyyyy too intrusive. Just make an app that compliments the hardware and doesn’t take all your personal information.

Terrible app, it crashes every I try to pair it with my device. There’s not a lot of information about on the internet for it. I’m sending back my gimbal

I love how the app does its job. It over delivers
No tutorials on product and doesn’t rlly show you how to use the gimbal nor how to fit it to your phone.
I literally download this app to calibrate the gimbal and check for firmware then delete it. I suggest everyone do the same. The privacy agreement you must accept is long and obscene. No, Zhiyun, you do not need my location at all times. No, Zhiyun, you do not need access to my network. FiLMiC Pro had built in support for this and many other Chinese made gimbals, but the company is no longer developing the app. I’m hoping Blackmagic adds support for gimbals like these.
The software is horrible to use. The worst thing is it requires access to ALL of your files, photos, videos, data and worst of all LOCATION. All the time. The Chinese government has access to all Chinese company data if requested so this means that every time you use the app you HAVE to report your location to the Chinese government to get access to the software to record. This is 10000% not acceptable and Apple should stop this horrible user privacy rights violation.
