Wanted to pay money for my monthly bill. Was unable to access the app to pay money! Kept stuck at the loading page Give u money also don’t want So I continue using and tried to pay every other day but same thing happened. Until they suspended my service one day still unable to pay VERY LOUSY APP DEV

A massive challenge to get my new MasterCard authenticated. After 4 hours of contacting support via WhatsApp, there’s still no solution.

Need to activate my sim but can’t get past payment authentication. Tried both Citibank and OCBC cards to no avail.

SIM activation produced an error, and the app keeps freezing. Also, note that a lot of the reviews are fake

Payment page keeps getting stuck, went to customer service with no avail. Payment charged to my card but I still can’t port over my number or even login to the app without it being hung on some page. Pls fix the app and have adequate customer service! Such terrible experience and no one has gotten back to me for days even though they say a ticket has been raised.

I purchased the Roam Pro 5G plan but recently it automatically downgraded my plan to Roam Plus 4G which resulted in my data being mostly 4G. I tried to contact their customer service but no one replied after hours of waiting.

I have multiple numbers. For those new ones. I need to scroll to see the usage. Will be good if I can set a main number for each phone app so once open, it’s there.

Reported no network since 22 Apr. They fixed but same issue the next day. Today is the third day, same issue again. I give up.
