The best app on the store by far. A well planned method is taught in the course and you can pick and choose your sessions post that. With options of guided or unguided and choosing your background music and the time of the session. The sessions have certainly been helping me in keeping calm through the uncertainties of our times. Only suggestion I have is to have the statistics to show the correct numbers. I’ve been using the app for over 2 months now but my total time meditating always shows 0. Even the consecutive days and avg sessions doesn’t show the correct numbers. Having the stats correctly updated goes a long way in keeping people like me motivated. Please have a look to fix the same. Kudos to the team for making this technique available for free. I’m surprised how not many people are aware of this app. Certainly thinking of taking the teacher course sometime in the future. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I highly recommend this course. A big plus is that it is completely free too. A couple of suggestions to improve the app. First, the advertisment for becoming a trainer that appears after each session has a Close icon that is too small and is too easy to miss when trying to tap. Second, there is a bug wherein the back button is unresponsive when you try to back out after completing a session. You have to click Continue to re-enter the same session. Only then are you able to exit to the main screen.

It’s really good. There is a small bug however. After meditation session it doesn’t redirect me to the journal stage and reminder but instead takes me back to the beginning of meditation. If you guys can fix that it will be great. Thank you!
