Terrible!
I have attended every F-SA-SU softball game this season, plus a few midweek games. Since February 12, anytime I open the app to earn 12th Man points, all I get is “Updating” for the entire game, and NEVER any points. At first, I thought it was because AT&T cellular signal has always sucked in the Brazos Valley, but all season long? Do better, 12th Man! Add a ‘Contact Us’ feature to the app, or, better yet, JUST WORK AS ADVERTISED!
