I downloaded the app. I did a scheduled booking using Apple Pay (which works!), double click and stalled. Did the money go? Phoned them and the operator said she did not kow why and when asked to check she did, then I asked to verify it wasn’t paid and she hung up. Service? What service. iOS 17.7..2.

It takes an absolute age to get a driver, which you get no details about in terms of car type or registration to watch our for, and all this could be overlooked except for the fact that this service is ALWAYS about 50% more expensive than Uber or DiDi or any other ride share service. Absolutely awful service and using them is a massive and very expensive mistake.

It’s good to see a company remaining competitive with adjusting to technology. But 13 cabs is twice as expensive as its main competitor.

Spam notifications with no way of turning them off, disgusting.

The drivers are always really lovely but in Airlie there is constantly issues with booking, I always try to schedule and book early and even then often it’ll get cancelled last minute then have to wait ages for one. Makes me late to appointments and it’s really frustrating as no other options here either. Stressful. :(

The functionally of this app is useless once you have scheduled a booking for a future date. The screen only shows the most recent schedule, which you can’t exit unless you cancel the trip. There is no option to create an additional booking or view profile. The information shown on the Home Screen doesn’t even show the time or day of the scheduled trip as a confirmation, or the progress of the driver en-route. I’ve ended up having to check all details on the web instead making this app totally redundant. Really poor considering their main competitor is the Uber app which is in a completely different league. I’d give this a minus if Apple reviews allowed this.

Friday afternoon at 4 and it was a hot 40 degree day and I was waiting with my wife and 4 year old twins after the twins had medical appointment. Requested a taxi and waited. 5 times I received a message to say a taxi was allocated and was only a few minutes away. Every time they cancelled just before they picked us up. One even called and I said we were still waiting and they said they were on their way but then they cancelled. I can only assume they picked up higher paying jobs. We were waiting at a marked taxi rank. Tried to phone 13cabs but waited for 15min on hold. My little girls had waited an hour in the heat so we carried them a km away to find another taxi rank that had people being dropped off and spoke to a driver from another company and they were willing to take us. Deleting app and never using 13cabs again.

My driver this evening was exemplary in being the best gentleman and host. Thankyou Peter.
