司機態度惡劣，叫乘客去叫其他車，他不想載，系統直接扣錢，客服表示這30塊費用就是要付，因為乘客已經叫車，司機無論什麼情況，乘客沒搭乘就是要付錢給司機，擺明搶錢。

App itself is meh, but gets the job done. I want to warn people more on the general quality of drivers and the customer service afterwards. I know it’s unfair to generalize all the drivers over a few rotten eggs, but dang are the frequency of getting bad eggs higher and higher. A lot of these people don’t actually give u the discount you’ve requested. They claim it’s 30% off but it’s actually a tier system. Crappy marketing, but I’ll accept it when the price isn’t super high to begin with. Not trying to knock on people making an honest living. What’s worse is I’ve had to, on multiple occasions, argue that I called a 30% cab and they won’t budge until you make them pull up the records on their devices and then give you attitude afterwards. Being shady is one thing, but straight up lying and thinking I’d be down is whack sauce. When i leave feedback, customer service will hit you up and say sorry, which would be nice if I was Canadian. But guess what, I’m NOT. I’m looking for the money back that was jipped from me. For real.
