Constant Issues
This app and the website are so difficult to use. I have issues nearly every time I use either of them. I still can’t find a way to update my autopay information from an outside institution. Calling the branches is unhelpful because they can’t fix the underlying issues of a poorly designed app and web portal and usually don’t even know how to help guide you through the very confusing website or app. Very difficult to manage your accounts with the systems they have in place.
