Service Not Completed
The service was not even completed. The service man came to my home and did nothing. He did not even try to do anything. I am highly disappointed with this company. I will not be using this company again.

앱 업데이트 문의 못하게 바뀜
2년 넘게 서비스 사용했는데 챗문의 장점이었던것을 없앤 기분 소통을 안하겠다는 메세지로 다가와서 다른 서비스로 갈아탈까 고민되게 하는 항목이네요 …

The cleaner visiting my home is excellent. I didn’t expect that much at first, but something amazing just happened. I don’t want to imagine the life without miso. Great!

I use Miso once a week for 2 hours. It’s great. I’ve also used Miso for moving and to clean my air conditioners. Would definitely recommend using the service.
오시는 분마다 업다운이 좀 있어요
내가 원하는때 부를 수 있어 굉장히 편하긴 한데 매번 청소도구 어딨고, 쓰는법 등을 설명드려야 해서 귀찮아요. 또한 오시는 분 마다 청소품질이 업다운이 있어요. 한 번은 길을 헷갈렸다며 30분 늦게 오셔서 20분 일찍 가셨지만 컴플레인을 하거나 서비스 받지 못한 시간에 대해 돈을 돌려받을 방법이 없었어요. 늦게 오시면 그냥 돈 날리는 겁니다.
