247 Cars - 24hr minicabs

24/7 cars are normally good. The app is a pain to use, and I wound up with my driver in the wrong place despite selecting the station. Service is good though - phone instead.

I had a driver named Ketheeswaren and he was my first and last impression of this company. He lacks of customer service and speaks a little English which makes hard to communicate. I was expecting a smooth relaxing driving but instead I was scared for my life.

Amir was 3 minutes late and was mortified. He drove very calmly but his knowledge of the area got us through heavy traffic very quickly. Very nice man. Thank you.

Apps problem. Late

Incredibly rude and arrogant man on the phone. Would seriously recommend using local competitors.

Appalling service which had steadily gone downhill not the drivers fault as the controllers shouldn’t book the jobs if they can’t provide the service. Today’s cab booked well in advance arrived 20+ mins late final straw blaming traffic is not good enough with all the technology available today particularly if driver is miles away and given job 5 mins before pick up. This is not a one off occurrence lousy way to run a business.

Finally got logged back in after 2 months And it’s hard work to use , old one was much simpler

I’m a very regular user and v happy with service and price. However on a few occasions lately despite pre booking the cab has been late up to half hour. Various excuses given, but driver has said he had just come on duty. It would be good policy to call customer to say car will be late at least
