Early morning and no taxis useless app 8am and no taxis ridiculous DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Don’t know why to get the app it is pointless. I can’t do anything to book or order.

App took payment, crashed then cancelled booking

App updated 23 hours ago now can’t log in or set up new account, just says error!

I am enjoying my use of 247 taxis much more now with the app, and every ride has worked out well since starting with it some months ago. Thank you 247!

2 bookings made and two bookings 30-55 mins late. Terrible service, totally unreliable. Don’t bother using them as a service.

Booked several days before we needed a taxi several times now and the app just says ‘finding a driver’ for ages when it comes to the time you expect the taxi to arrive. Makes it impossible to plan anything. Used to be a great company. No longer useable now unfortunately. I will now use other companies. Pity.

Booked a taxi 12 hours in advance and they don’t turn up on time. Told me to wait another 20 minutes. What’s the point of pre-booking?

Not reliable. Pre ordered taxies turning up 30-45 min late. Nobody to talk to in the office, all automated - not a fan

Never had a problem with 24/7 taxis, staff are friendly and courteous on the phone and Drivers are friendly.
