It Helps!!!

I find that this app makes me stop and think before I put anything in my mouth, stops those in between unrecorded bites. I like the chime, too!

Perfect app for 6 meals a day

Very helpful to start early in the am and keep track for the rest of the for meals every 3 hours. Great for leaning up!!

Great App for Meal Planning and Weight-Loss

The app is great for reminding me to eat. However, it could use some other features like customizing eating periods and even alarms for when to start eating. But great app!

Alarm doesn't work.

Nice concept except for the alarm never going off and it seems there is no way to schedule. You just hit the button when it goes off I guess. When it works which it hasn't. Ever. Worked for me. Just updated my iOS and still doesn't work.
