The beginner workouts in the early days are way too easy, but they add 5 of each workout a day, which is too fast of an increase. You don’t increase in strength that quickly. The first workouts only took a couple minutes, now it’s taking me much longer. The workouts are also basically the same ones every day, so it’s kind of boring.
me and my friend both wanted to shred some body fat, and get stronger for our cross-country meeting! we did beginner 1 together for 30 days, and we both felt so much stronger! i didn’t see results until the 4th week, but i will continue to do all the levels with my friend! perfect way to start getting toned for summer or school!
Love it works my core have a six pack now only thing I got confused is leg raises 70x popped up twice in 1 day for workout is that a glitch?
I’ve been using this app for years, but for the past year I haven’t been able to use it because it is zoomed in it seems. I only see the middle of the calendar and I can’t even “zoom out”. BUMMER!
I used this app for a while and it was very effective. Unfortunately, I am unable to use it now because the size of the interface is too big for the phone screen so many days are cut off. I would love to use it again if this is fixed!!
The circles showing completed are large and cover up day 5 and 6.
I enjoy the app. Simple to use and I’m feeling good.
No one should EVER do sit-ups. They can seriously injure your low back. They will make any existing low back injury much worse. No sit-ups!!!
