Great App
It’s a great app. Keeps you motivated. But I think if you missed some days you should be able to pick up on a current day. I hate having to say I finished a day just to catch up.

I just downloaded it and I'm going to start tomorrow. I'm giving 3 because you can pick your start date and it's got a really nice look to it. I'll rate it again in a few days.

I love this app and the others they have to offer its easy and simple and I see results in 30 days!
Doesn't do what it's advertised to do (which isn't much anyway)
App is just a platform for incessant ads. The instructions tell you to press a button to either mark exercise complete OR set a timer (two functions, one button?) but when you press the button, it merely checks the day as complete and launches an ad. There is no timer.
