This app is stupid
Nice
It’s very good very nice stretches but I don’t thing I got a 20 second break between the stretches
Read super important
I can’t do the splits but it made me do them but it really helped I trusted the process and got a oversplit on day one cause I couldn’t feel a regular split
not to bad
it barley works mine after a few months it starts glitching like skipping steps and i can’t do it

So glitchy was skipping. I said, didn’t know how to do splits, but made me do splits will be deleting do not recommend.

Can’t set initial settings
Can’t set height, weight, or goals. The screen has dials that are unusable.
Great app with one drawback
I bought the year subscription and I love it. I see a lot of improvement in the 3 weeks I have been using it. The only drawback is the personal settings aren’t usable. When selecting weight, height and other stuff… it shows up blank so you don’t know what your selecting.
Bug
There a bug right at the start. When they say o in your starting weight, height, and target weight, you can’t even see the numbers. :(
