Try to create an account: App does not show password requirement, i have to test out acceptable password combinations by trial and error. Then is the Captcha verification. Cannot type on the input field, and no captcha image is shown either. Meaning that i can’t create and account. Made the whole app useless.

There is no instruction on how to use your mastercard prepaid card whatsoever. I was intending to use it as a means to add value into Paypal, but paypal denied the card. I tried to register the card into the app next, but paypal still denied it.

Wondering what kind of developers are being hired to deliver such a bad product. The UX of this simple app is so horrible. Starting by. Number keyboard that changes its layout every time (WHY?). This is unbelievable and never seen before in history of user interfaces. Do the developers believe shuffling the numbers increases security or so? Then there’s a FAKE keyboard for you to type your newly created password. HUGE security flaw and danger! How can iTunes Apple review team approve such security issue? As if it wasn’t enough, it’s impossible to ever login and use the app since passwords never work, never match, have to be reset every session, and the problems go and go endlessly. Jesus Christ 33 Finance, please review who’s developing this kind of horror show for you customers?
