It’s a great mobile app.

I downloaded the MetLife 360 health virtual care app earlier this year as part of my employee benefits package. I utilised the Virtual care mental health assist services and was blown away by the efficient and caring services received throughout all steps in the process. The initial call was received within 24hrs of lodging an query/request for contact through the app. I was then booked in for a triage call within 3 days from the initial call and then with a specialist within 7 days. The turn around time was incredible. I was able to receive a diagnosis and begin treatment 3 weeks after making my initial contact. This time frame is unheard of within the mental health industry. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Such a great initiative! In the new world post COVID this is such a useful tool to have available for myself and my family. Easy to use.

I love that it’s an holistic offer that can benefit not only me but my immediate family and covers every potential care scenario from prevention to early detection, return to health and ongoing care and financial support. The app makes it easy and accessible.

An app that has evolved medical services. 360Health app helped us find the support we need in the comfort of our home and without the hassle of multiple doctors appointments and independent research.

Great app and easy to use. Found it very user friendly when I have used the services. Like the way it keeps track of previous appointments and any reports you may have from Doctor or specialists

The app is user friendly and well-designed

Super easy to navigate and I love how there’s a history of any activity or appointments so you can refer to them later. I also prefer using the App rather than logging onto the website!
