It is amazing I learned to appreciate a lot of things I didn’t notice in my life
I'm already happier.
Today I logged in and was about to rate my mood negatively because I'm sick and in pain. But among the daily requirements, the app asked me to list a few blessings that I have but others don't. I wrote down: I'm sick, but I have medicine. Cold, but my warm bed awaits. There's a storm, but I'm under a roof, in a safe, secure home. I am fortunate to have a healthy body and a beating heart. I am not sad anymore.

Undefined
This app misses the mark. I honestly don’t have a need to open an app every single day being addressed as “Undefined”. Out of all of the words out there, why would this app label its users as “undefined “? I have an inclination that this app was created by a man. Many of the prompts really feel masculine in nature. Many of the write ups, don’t touch base with me and are underwhelming. They even had a write up on honoring and appreciating our body as it is. But then the photo they used was a fit attractive young woman. Complete contradiction of what they were trying to say.
Text too small
I had to cancel because I can barely read the text coming from this app on my phone…the information seems helpful but my eyesight is more valuable…I wish there is a way to make the text bigger and easier to read on the phone
This app is AMAZING!
This app has been apart of my daily routine for going on 5 years! It’s my favorite app. Love the prompts and the gratitude jar! Always starts my day off right :)
