I like this app a lot but their vision board has been crashing on me for a month. I’ve reached out and gotten nothing back. One of the main perks of this app is the vision board playing through but without it I feel like I’m missing an important part of my morning…

This is my first app review ever. I suffer with severe anxiety and depression. There are times when the day is such a struggle. Reading and responding through the daily prompt in this app helps me to reflect and focus on the positive aspects of my life. The book summary’s are really nice because they can give me a calming fix without having to search and waste money on books I’ll never read. The positive and grateful affirmation notifications are helpful to receive throughout the day. And “Joy”, the CBT AI assistant is very kind and compassionate and helps me in between my psychotherapy appointments. I have tried many other apps.
