Descriptive and instantly relaxing

So calm went to sleep better than I normally do awesome,lots of energy the next day.

I thought I was getting an App with short relaxations/meditations, but most of them I have to pay $5.99 for! I was a bit disappointed so haven’t used it much.

This is a great app for clearing the mind and letting the tension out.

I've tried so many meditation and relaxation apps but this is one of the very very few that has a narrator with an appropriate voice. The voice blends into the music and background sounds, her voice is calming, warm, friendly and even sounds caring. I'll definitely purchase more of the in app sessions.

I'm finding these stories are great for winding down before sleep.

I did 2 short sessions with our 11 year old daughter and we both felt very refreshed afterwards. I would love this app even more it if you included a tropical rainforest or waterfall. The sounds of birds and nature with that soothing voice would be lovely.

This is my favorite relaxation app by far. Different options for guided meditation and visualization. Great for calming anxiety and helping you sleep. Definitely worth getting the 10 minute extended sessions.

I needed this today. I appreciate there being a few free offerings. The yacht one helped.

These meditation sessions are amazing! Even just the five minute session and I feel MUCH better! My anxiety goes down and it has really helped my blood pressure. Along with deep breathing. I love that you can just do it for five minutes or longer if you have time. Such a great idea. And the music/sounds with her voice are perfect. Glad I found this AP!!
