Concept is very good. Registration of bike (or multiple bikes) is straightforward. However the fact that you cannot add your phone number where it requests to add your phone number leaves one questioning the overall effectiveness & reliability of the program. Please correct this so we know it’s just an overlooked minor bug.

I downloaded and opened the app, and it prompted me to sign in. I tapped in the email field and got the keyboard, but no option to autofill. That’s a red flag for me. If the developer can’t get that right, what are the chances that the rest of the app is any good?

All controls unresponsive except for the exit and help buttons

This is the app. Very unstable. Bugs aren’t even explained identified by codes. There was potential. Please, do stand behind your app. Make something that is at least functional…

I feel like the apps is missing a found bikes section. Maybe a feed, like on the website?

just downloaded this “new “version of the app. I can’t edit my own bikes profile, the app keeps crashing 😕

I was trying it out to see if I’d actually want to purchase their service. Every time I try edit the bike details, the app crashes. This doesn’t I still a lot of confidence in the company.

Doesn’t work, app crashes if I try to edit something

I have my bike registered. I get notified whenever a bicycle in my area is stolen. This may not prevent your bicycle from getting stolen, but it does offer a chance that your bicycle may be recovered.

New alerts don’t save in the app unless you open the initial notification. Seems a bit clunky. If I don’t open the notification immediately, oh well, will never be able to see that alert again.
