Simple yet powerful
I’ve been using 59 Breaths for quite sometime now and I can tell it has been helping me get back to what i call „my base”. I was going through stressful time and thanks to ~10 minutes of breathing practice with 59 I managed to center myself and get into a habit of breathing every day. It simple and undisctructing so it does not overstimulate you like some other apps. I love the music in the background too. it is kind of weird by that’s the feature that I am attracted to the most.
