Orders delayed/ Awful packaging.
I ordered a few items from Guess for a gift, the order was delayed. The packaging is awful. No boxes or good packaging for items and when there were boxes for some of the items, they were dented and stained. Not a good condition for a gift.

The worst service ever
Worst experience ever time and effort waisting . My order is delayed, im chasing them to cancel the order for refund is taking ages. I have to call the customer service international call cause their whais a robot.
Highly disappointed
Highly disappointed with the app. They tell you one day and deliver some other day. I got my package after so many emails and calls.

No real customer service, they redirect you to their email which they never reply to. Save your money and energy and use other apps.

Refusal of refund or exchange
I received a damaged bag and they refused to refund or exchange. Worst customer service ever. Definitely won’t order from them again.

I’ve been complaining about the refund in WhatsApp but nobody is replying I’ve been waiting for the refund for about 2 weeks and still I didn’t receive it this is the worst online shopping app I experienced first of all I ordered and after I confirmed my order they cancelled it and now you don’t give me my money back.
