Coronacation workout
This workout is perfect for improving health at home. its just the right intensity plus they give you alternatives if its too hard for you. would recommend.
No sound
I installed the app both on my iPad and iPhone and I get no sound in either one.
You should try it is tiring and sweaty but it’s good
I am only 12 years old and this app is good I way 114 I’m trying to loose 10 pound or more no less than 14
Will not stay open
Installed app and when I open it, a few seconds later it closes. Deleted it and reinstalled but still happens. Will change stars rating if you can make it work. I have an iPad Pro and most recent iOS.

I could keep this for a month and lose at least 15 pounds

Love this app it is very good and helps you burn a lot of calories it helps you a lot with you upper body even your legs this app is free there is no free trial all you have to do is agree to the terms and your in I use this and I’m a little girl that is 23 pounds over weight and i love using this app i use it twice a day and it helps you so much you should download it
