The app is super barebones for what you pay, you could do the same with the notes app and a calendar. Would be worth the value with data tracking for body weight, a workout tracker or water intake tool, and a diet section to track macros. it’s fine but could be way better
Just a different level of scam, way to rip people of with imagery. Could’ve just made an excel sheet and set a couple alarms… so stupid
This is an app review, not a program review.
Maybe I am missing something but all this app produces is a checklist that you can’t even modify. I was expecting more. Today I received an email trying to sell me energy and protein powders so not only do you pay a hefty price for a check list but you will receive junk mail from the company. Save your $10 and use the Apple reminder app.
Not worth it. Should have stuck to my own paper checklist. It’s just a checklist… that’s it. It does nothing else?! The camera doesn’t allow for timers, which I need for progress photos. You can’t follow or share with friends who are doing 75 hard with you.
forgot to check off 10 pages of reading (though it was done). a bit after midnight checked it off, but next day got the message asking if i completed it every single time i opened the app. won’t go away.

The one star is not because I don’t have what it takes!! It’s the quality of the app and how it keeps crashing all the time!! Going to just go back to recording on paper. You are welcome for donating the 10$!!!
I’ve had the app for just a few days and have hardly been able to open it. Keeps freezing and doesn’t load properly. Save your money and write your progress down and a piece of paper.
It stops working day 2 and continues sending me to a « something went wrong ». 10$ in the garbage 😭
