Nothing pay very bad

Always played on this app then once I had a problem with a withdrawal, so I used the help centre and the help was useless so I let him know, then I had an email saying they turned off all my bonuses, then tried log in to my account and they blocked it, so I opened a new account, still can’t get bonuses, had a win yesterday and all of a sudden can’t withdraw all of the money, they want copies of my bank statements and proof I am who I say I am, good site but don’t complain or you’ll be cut off and be prepared to fight for your money

Game starts off well and lets you win the first couple bets. Then it starts to lag out every time you place a bet. I put all on red in routlette and when it landed on red the app just shut down and when I went back on the game had taken the money but not given me the prize.
