App looks great and much much better than *the other one that everybody use* (you know what I mean). Deep links works perfect. You guys don’t forget about back to swipe navigation tho. 5 stars are yours :)

Please fix the bug, it wouldn't verify my phone numbers, I tried 4 times, received the code but after entering the numbers, it kept saying my numbers don't exist

It will be great if 99.co can insert 360 degree virtual reality software into your app so agents can upload the raw 360VR photos directly. Due the 360VR photos and normal photo are similar file size. With the 360VR photo viewer in the app, it will give property searchers a better view of the properties.

Need more strict requirment for agent to use platform. A lot of agents here need manner training. They don't reply query for their listing. Such un-professional.

I prefer the app over another more popular property app as the browsing is easy and there used to be good detailing of past transactions. However, the accuracy of the data and timeliness have deteriorated significantly. Landed property transactions are posted when a condo is secreted in the same vicinity and the recent transactions are missing although they have been posted on URA. Some changes only made things worse. Hope to see the old version from 2020 back. I used that to help me make a decision and it helped a great deal

It’s property agents who pay and finance the app and company. So yes it’s designed to be user friendly for consumers. But pls make it less buggy and more user friendly for agents. Been buggy for YEARS. Terrible for a big disruptor who prides themselves on their tech.

It’s fine when doing search in Commercial properties for sale, but when I use filter, automatically it became residential property search. It’s definitely frustrating using 99.co to search for commercial properties for rent on 99.co app.
