My daughters teacher recommended This app to increase her math comprehension. I downloaded the app to my phone and her tablet and created a child account on hers and a parent account on mine. I connected the two accounts, thinking. The parent account would mainly be used to monitor her progress. With the two accounts connected, I proceeded to upgrade and paid $60 for one year of service for her….so I thought. I Found it had upgraded only the parent account and wanted me to pay another $60 to upgrade her account as well. I immediately sent an email to the developer (which is going in the support section of the app) to see about switching the service to my daughters account as I am not in need of increasing my elementary mass skills. After five days with no response, I sent a second email. I have yet to hear back from the second email as well. The program may be great and might actually help kids after about a week of having it. I have yet to experience it for my child since they don’t care to respond to paying customers. I’m sure it won’t matter much to them but I definitely won’t be continuing service after the year and I’ll be sure to let her teacher and leaders at the school district know the company offers zero support.
