Above all, Andrea has a specific knack for ensuring you understand the movements you’re going through, her audible cues are truly the best! 10/10 - I love A Few Fun Moves.
I’ve always been intimidated by the gym, but Andrea’s app has changed that. I love the inclusive and encouraging approach. There is so much variety and it’s a great, balanced approach to exercise. I signed up to help with strength training as I train for a half marathon. I look forward to my workouts and it’s made a big difference with my training to date. I couldn’t recommend A Few Fun Moves more!
The platform has so much variety, Andrea hits that balance of pushing you to improve and also encouraging you to listen to your body. Lots of emphasis on proper body positioning. Great playlists. I would definitely recommend this platform to a friend.
