I bought full version of an app and few years later after purchase it automatically downgraded to basic version. Thanks!

Good quality sounds
Good quality sounds, allows to play in background along with the other sound app. Still not many sounds and UI could be better. Would gladly buy paid version if there are train and river sounds.
Family access doesn't work
Asked the support about it, have no answer. Nice app but family access doesn't work and it is lame
App Keeps Resetting
I like the default noises, and the ability to mix is also wonderful. In addition, the extra noises are pretty cheap. However, every time I close the app, the whole thing resets. Noises that I deactivated will reappear on the main screen, noises that I bought will have to be accessed through the "restore purchases" menu, and mixes will disappear while the default mix will reappear, even if I deleted it. It's weird because I'm still signed in when I reopen the app, but all of the above happens. Is it something on my end, or is it possible to fix this?
Pay then pay again
Most of the sounds are behind expensive paywalls. Wish I knew that before buying the app in the first place. Buy a sound machine instead.
can’t enter email
i bought a sound pack a while ago and i can’t enter my email to restore it. the keyboard just disappears when i try and type
Green Noise
Hey I love this app a lot but do you think you could maybe add green noise? It’s my favorite noise and it would be really cool if it was added
Easy to use and set up playlists
I really enjoy creating playlists of the sounds. I’ve yet to unlock all the sounds but my particular favorite combo is rain, coffee shop and fire. A great way to stay focused on my work.
Favorite ambience app
I’m go glad to see that this app had been updated! I bought the unlock for it years ago and am intrigued by the new options one could buy. It is a slight shame some of them are priced the way that they are but I feel it’s definitely a small price to pay for relaxation.
The gold standard web version now on the go
I used the web hosted version of ‘A Soft Murmur’ for many years in my home office. The sounds are well chosen, well mixed and high quality. The icing is that it retains your last session choice when you load it the next time so you aren’t fiddling with sound settings. Hit play and jump into your work to concentrate or drown out noise to sleep. With the app, now I have the same great benefits while working remotely.
