It works but…

… the app could be better it does glitch out on my iPhone from time to time and could do with Apple Pay or Google pay to make it slicker and quicker to use. An email receipt function also would be welcome for me as I expense a lot of trips. Also a Face ID login rather than email / password would help as often I need to book in a hurry when I have poor signal on the train.

Blacklisted before I started!

I tried to load this App but it wanted text verification and the text never came through. So I tried changing the phone no from 07… to +447… in case that sorted the issue. My account and device were promptly blacklisted. A real shame as I wanted to book a taxi!

Best service

Best taxi service in and around Watford. The app sometimes has glitches but usually works well. Better than Uber!
