Dear A1 Team, As a new customer of your home internet and TV services, I would like to share my impressions and make a few suggestions to improve your mobile TV app. I appreciate the ability to watch TV on mobile devices through your app. However, I noticed the lack of a few features that I believe are essential for a better user experience: 1. Picture-in-Picture (PiP) functionality: This feature allows users to watch TV in a small floating window while using other apps on their device. It is a standard feature in apps like YouTube and is very convenient for people who multitask while watching content. 2. Playback while the screen is locked: This feature, available in other operators’ apps, greatly enhances the user experience, especially when listening to news, music channels, or shows without needing the screen to remain on. 3. A dedicated radio section: I noticed that the app lacks a separate section for radio channels. Adding this functionality would make accessing radio stations easier and improve the overall usability of the app. I believe that adding these features would make your app more competitive and preferred by users. Are there any plans to add the app to Apple TV? I know it is available for Android TVs. Otherwise I’m happy with the service.

The A1 Xplore TV app delivers a great streaming experience but lacks support for Apple TV, limiting options for users in the Apple ecosystem. This omission is surprising given the increasing popularity of Apple TV as a streaming platform. Developing an Apple TV app would align with the app’s availability on Android TV, expand A1 Xplore TV’s reach, and improve the user experience by allowing seamless integration and navigation through tvOS.

Здравейте, Кога app-а ще бъде съвместим и с Apple TV? Конкурентни на вас услуги са налични в техния App Store. Приложението е хубаво, но не доброто му таргетиране спъва по-широката употреба. Ще се радвам да ми дадете яснота ако се работи по внедряване за tvOS.
