A2B Taxis

This app makes my phone run hot, is slow to respond, not very intuitive on how to pay by anything that isn’t cash and is difficult to use with assistive technology such as voiceover. I’ve also just had an incident where a pre booked taxi was cancelled on me after the time, with no warning or notification.

At the moment I think it’s crap. They never ever send me a 4 digit code to allow me to use the app.I would like to use their services but they don’t want to know!!

Booked 2 taxi’s early New Year’s Eve, one was to take me to a party and pick me up later that night. I was charged for both of these journeys and then received a phone call to say they had cancelled them and I would have to re book them later and the prices would be doubled. I was then told the £60 I had already been charged I wouldn’t receive back for 3 days or so and it would now cost me roughly £120 to re book. Ridiculous! Steer well clear of this app it’s shocking!

Have used twice. Both times booked cab for midnight, both times cab turned up 40-45 minutes late. Excuse always “we’re very busy” which is no excuse because what’s the point in booking for a particular time in advance if they’ll turn up when they want anyway? Operator put the phone down on my husband when he called to chase our cab and complained it was late again. Will not use again.

Needs an update. The pick up point gets overwritten with the default address once you pick a drop off address. You can’t edit pick up once this happens. You have to start all over again.

Was great but stopped accepting card payments.

Cant remove card details!!!

App does not work !!!! Order for certain time cab does not turn up, ring office for same old excuses, use UBER, these company's should not be still in business!!!!!!

App didn't send validation code so I couldn't use it .
