They collect you the security deposit after returning no one will give back your money and there is no response from the customer care team

I fail to understand how can a company simply paste numbers which are not to be answered or incorrect or invalid. Zero accountability. I chose the plan where in A3Charge kept a 500/- security. It was mentioned that once the battery bank is returned , the security deposit will be refunded. IT HAS BEEN 6+ MONTHS. And I’m still waiting for my refund. Worst thing is that there is no way to contact the App Developer / company at all. No one answers on the 1800 891 0329 number.

I use this power bank service, (worst service ever) I collect the power bank it’s not charged , it charged my phone only 2 % only and I return it in few minutes and also receive notification that I return the power bank, it charged my 558 rupee amount 50 rupee for subscription and rest is for security deposit which they will return me , but it’s day 18 I don’t receive any amount. I tried there customer service but no response

Debited money even after cancelling subscription and deleting account. Terrible experience!!

You guys just stole my Rs 500 security deposit & never refunded it back even after the plan got over. You guys are cheaters!!!

Poor backup from power bank device and user cannot charge again from its home and workings places

I grabbed the power bank from 24*7 sant parmanant hospital to charge my phone but the phone didnt charge. Counter person said to put it in and grab the new one but after this she said that she don’t know how it works. Because of urgency to charge a phone of a doctor I grabbed the new one but that also doesn’t work. My whole 116 rs wasted only if I get security deposit of 1000 rs back . At the end I suggest everyone to not use these.

Pathetic service. They don’t take authorisation from you and will charge you directly from the account. Most of the times their application doesn’t work. It is a waste of money. They have charged me over 1000 rs without notifying anything. They auto renew your plan and take out all money from your bank account.
